The 10th Annual Scottish-Irish Faire, will be held at the Midland Horseshoe Arena on I-20, in Midland, Texas on the Weekend of March, 10th & 11th, 2012.
Open to the public, this is the largest Irish/Scottish/Welsh/Celtic music and cultural event in the Permian Basin. Vendors with all sorts of Celtic items: Clothing, Irish wools & linens, Jewelry, Musical Instruments, Toys, Art, Military Reproductions, Family & Clan Histories & Crests, Celtic figurines, Celtic foods and more! Lots of food and drink. Clan Tents (Booths)
McBassett Celtic Dog Parade, Celtic Breed Parade. Children's Activities - Face painting etc. Live Scottish and Irish Music all day! Bodhran Workshops. Workshops on Gaelic Language, Textile Workshops. Beer and Whiskey tasting with Red McWilliams! (There is an extra charge for the tastings.)
Saturday March 10th Open from 10am until 7pm
Saturday Night March 10th, - Ceilidh at 8pm (a song circle and or jam, come join in!)
Sunday March 11th Open from 10am until 5pm
