Dog Events from the Scottish-Irish Faire 2010:

  • McBasset Dressed Up Doggies Contest

Saturday afternoon - 2:30 p.m. Please register no LATER then 2 p.m.

Dress your best buddy in Scottish, Irish, or Celtic attire. Prizes will be awarded for Most Original Costume,
Happiest Tail Wagger, and Best Behaved Canine. All breeds are welcome.
New for 2009: Puppy Class for pups up to 9 months. All breeds are welcome.

  • Celtic Breeds Parade
     
Saturday afternoon - 3:00 p.m. please register no LATER then by 2 p.m. The parade will immediately follow the Dress Up Contest.

Put your dog in the spotlight. If your dog's breed is one that was developed or improved in one of the Celtic countries (Brittany, Cornwall, Galicia, Ireland, Isle of Man, Scotland, and Wales) or the British Isles, you are invited to enter the Celtic Breeds Parade. We will introduce your dog and tell the audience about its unique breed characteristics.
