LIABILITY RELEASE

In consideration for acceptance of this entry, we hereby waive and release for ourselves, our heirs, executors and assignees, any and all rights and claims for damages we may have against the Celtic Heritage Society of the Permian Basin, or Midland County and their representatives, successors and assignees, for any and all injuries we might suffer at or through this festival as stated above. We also understand that the Celtic Heritage Society of the Permian Basin and the Midland and Odessa Convention and Visitors Bureau may use for publicity of the Scottish-Irish Faire and the Midland and Odessa area as a photo of the entrant’s participation in this event without obligation or liability to the entrant. It is also agreed the participating Clan or organization understands that they provide or rent their space and to provide whatever furnishings are necessary in the allotted space.

For the application to be processed and accepted, the waiver must be signed by an officer of the nonprofit or identified Clan member in the group who is at least 18 years of age.

Booth Information

Electrical hookup are provided if needed (there will be a charge.) Lighting in the building should be adequate. Contact us if problems arise from this stipulation and we will try to work with your clan and organization representatives.

Tents/pavilions are not provided. Booths are indoors, so tents/ pavilions are not required, although footed tents/pavilions are encouraged to enhance ambiance. Clan booths are away from the stage side of the building and decorations are strongly encouraged to attract visitors to your booth.

DUE TO STATE LAW, AND COUNTY/CITY LAW THERE CAN BE NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON THE PREMISE EXCEPT THAT SOLD SPECIFICALLY BY THE ARENA FOOD VENDOR. THIS IS NOT A FAIRE OR CHSPB LAW/RULE AND IT MUST TO BE AHEARED TO ACCORDING TO TEXAS ALCOHOL & BEVERAGE COMMISSION LAWS. THE ARENA FOOD VENDOR HOLDS THE ALCOHOL LICENSE TO SELL THESE TYPES BEVERAGES.
