There is no entry fee for the dog events.  Please register at the Canine Events booth.  All dogs must be on leash.

 

McBasset Dressed Up Doggies Contest

Saturday afternoon - TBA

Dress your best buddy in Scottish or Irish attire.  Prizes will be awarded for Most Original Costume,

Happiest Tail Wagger, and Best Behaved Canine.  All breeds are welcome.

 
Celtic Breeds Parade

Saturday afternoon - TBA

 Put your dog in the spotlight.  If your dog's breed is one that was developed or improved in one of the Celtic countries (Brittany, Cornwall, Galicia, Ireland, Isle of Man, Scotland, Wales) or the British Isles, you are invited to enter the Celtic Breeds Parade.  We will introduce your dog and tell the audience about it's unique breed characteristics.  

Below is a partial list of eligible breeds.  Contact the Canine Events Coordinator for more information. 

Airedale Terrier-Bearded Collie-Border Collie-Border Terrier-Brittany-Cairn Terrier-Collie-Golden Retriever-Greyhound-Irish Setter-Irish Terrier-Irish Wolfhound-Old English Sheepdog-Scottish Deerhound-Scottish Terrier-Skye Terrier-Welsh Corgi, Cardigan and Pembroke-Welsh Springer Spaniel-West Highland White Terrier-Whippet-Yorkshire Terrier
